Dear Friends,
When you live on the edge of your awareness, you open yourself to all of possibility. That is when the magic, power and joy of life pour into you, and it is exactly what we will be doing at this year’s 12th Annual Hawaii Retreat, opening to the power and magic of your existence.
For power to come into your life, you have to take risk, the risk of opening yourself to something new and glorious. It’s like a skier heading down a slope she’s never been down before, knowing she has the ability to make it to the bottom. This is how you gain confidence about your intended path in life. You take the risk of applying your entire being in order to evolve your consciousness. You can’t just dream. You have to manifest the dream!
What better place to find the incredible power and bliss of your own spiritual life force than the majestic, beautiful shores of the Kohala coastline on the Big Island of Hawaii? In beauty is truth, and in truth is all the power of the life force.
How do you push the boundaries of your existence past the blocks on the roadway of life? When you change the way you look at something, what you are looking at changes. This year in Hawaii, we are going to look at the point of view that you take out into the world so that you can discover what is blocking your success. Then you are going to take down the fences you have put around your existence by holding onto beliefs and boundaries that dull your edge, that don’t work for you or serve you in life. It is time to take the risks involved in making your life what you’ve always believed it could be.
We hold this retreat at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows on the western Kohala Coast, about 35 minutes from Kona. This award-winning, five star resort is home to the ancient Kalahuipua’a Fishponds and is recognized worldwide for its historic preservation and stewardship of the land. The Mauna Lani is nestled into a cove in the shadows of Mauna Loa, the world’s tallest mountain at over 30,000 feet from its deep-sea base to its snow-capped peaks high above the clouds. It is here that we will swim with the dolphins and giant sea turtles, protected by a beautiful reef, as we become one with the incredible spirits of place.

Join us as we meditate with Pele, the ancient Hawaiian Goddess of volcanoes, fire and dance, heeding her command, “Pay attention.” Fire is the ultimate alchemist, and right now the Mauna Loa volcano is active along its southern edge, pouring enormous power into all that is around her. Fire is what transforms the debris of our everyday existence into the gold of inner balance, driving out all impurities and leaving only truth.
With Pele, you will dance the sacred dance of power, the sacred dance of life which ignites the spark within you and takes you to the edge of your awareness, into the very center of your own sacred being.
Please join me and treat yourself to a time for your own spiritual rejuvenation and empowerment. You have spent the entire year taking care of everyone around you. Now it is time for you!
The dolphins are running! It is time, now, for you. I will see you in Hawaii!

In love and spirit,
Lynn
We are very excited to announce Lynn’s 12th Annual Retreat in Hawaii for renewal, rejuvenation and dreaming. The retreat this year will again be at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, on the Big Island!
Nestled between two white sand beaches on the sunny Kohala Coast, Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows is unrivaled. An eleven-time winner of the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award, Mauna Lani Bay is an exquisite blend of sophisticated luxury and Hawaiian style hospitality. Guest accommodations reflect the utmost taste and timeless elegance. Every room is a refreshing tropical oasis and features a private lanai; over ninety percent overlook the blue Pacific or the ancient fishponds.
Sounds like heaven on earth, doesn’t it? The space is VERY limited for the retreat! It is going to be a small group of around 75 people. You can register by mail/fax using the registration form below or you may call 1-800-554-7414 (USA) or +1 561-265-1838 (International) to register by phone.
Many have expressed interest in bringing a spouse to the event. In addition to being one of the world’s most exquisite locations, there are many, many activities at the hotel itself which your spouse can enjoy.
Activities Abound
Perfect Kohala weather provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy outdoor fun. Golf, tennis, biking, jogging, spa facilities, and water sports are just a few of the activities available at the resort. The varied schedule includes lei-making, watercolor painting, tropical flower arranging, hula lessons, lomi-lomi massage demonstrations, Hawaiian games, fish feeding tours and historic tours.
The historian on site shares Hawaiian history and legends with guests at the Eva Parker Woods Cottage which is home to interesting artifacts of Hawaii.
The Guest Services staff at Mauna Lani are available to coordinate other Island activities including big game fishing, horseback riding, helicopter sightseeing, and tours of the Big Island. WHERE: The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel is on the big island of Hawaii. If you have access to the internet, you may want to look at the hotel’s web site, and prepare to be impressed. www.maunalani.com
LODGING: We have made VERY special arrangements with the hotel. Lodging cost is approximately $235.00 per day*. Tax and gratuities are extra. You will need to make your room reservations directly with the hotel. Call the hotel at 1-800-367-2323 or 1-808-885-6622 and let them know you are with the Lynn Andrews' group. If we know of someone looking to share a room, we’ll give you their name and phone number. It is then up to you to call and make arrangements with your potential roommate. We will also add your name to the list and give your name and phone number to others calling for a roommate. We are happy to provide you with this information.
Please remember, however, that any choice of roommate(s) is your responsibility. Please also remember to call when you have found a roommate and wish to be removed from the list.
By the way, the hotel is offering these same discount rates up to October 16, 2010. Afterwards, it will be on a first come basis. Also, if you are interested in staying a little longer, please be sure to confirm your discount rate with the hotel at the time you register.
PROGRAM: Lynn feels that an essential part of renewing our spirit and rejuvenating our soul, is to spend as much time on this sacred and powerful land as possible. Therefore, a large portion of the daytime hours will be spent working out on the land. You will be given a beautifully crafted journal for this part of the work. The journal will consist of meditations, exercises, explorations, and personal ceremonies designed specifically to move you into a receptive point-of-view. These personal processes are an important aspect of the retreat and will prepare you for the in-depth work we will then do together in the evening hours. Registration cost is $600.00 (If you register before July 17, 2010, you save $100 as registration is only $500). Registration also includes a $150.00 non-refundable deposit.
Nursing and Therapist CEU's are available for this special retreat.
TRAVEL: The closest airport is the Kona International Airport on the big island of Hawaii. If you would like to ride a shuttle from the airport, you will need to let the hotel know a week in advance and they will take care of that for you. There is a cost for this service. The price varies depending on the number of people riding the shuttle with you and the time of day. Ask the hotel for more details. They will be happy to help you arrange your shuttle ride.
