Then to complete registration you will need to make a PAYMENT. On the payment page, you can choose to pay Online using PayPal or by Mail-in or Fax.

Online Payments:  If you chose to make a payment ONLINE, select the PAYPAL button. You will then be directed to the PayPal website to make a payment which is safe, secure and fast. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay. If you would like to have a PayPal account, it's free to sign up!

Mail-In/Fax :  You can also make a payment by mailing a check or money order or by faxing your credit card information separately. Click on the MAIL-IN / FAX button, print the form and then mail-in or fax your registration with your payment to the address/fax shown on the form. This method is slower and requires more time.
